As much as it pains me, (a Danish girl) to say this, Sweden’s got it right…I cant believe the Baltic Sea is so deeply disrupted.The fish from those waters can only be eaten 2-3 times a YEAR!
What am I going to do in Copenhagen when I want smørrebrød !
